More Clix Media LLC operates the Ash App integration with QuickBooks Online. This policy explains how we handle data accessed through the Service.

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, the Service may access customer names, email addresses, invoice data, payment records, and financial reports solely to perform the functions you request.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used exclusively to execute commands you authorize, such as creating invoices, checking payment status, and generating financial summaries. We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Authentication tokens are stored securely on a private server. QuickBooks data is accessed in real time and is not permanently stored beyond what is necessary for the Service to function.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure authentication protocols to protect your data. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

5. Your Rights

You may disconnect the Service at any time by revoking access through your QuickBooks Online account settings. Upon disconnection, all stored tokens will be deleted.
