I can't log in
On the login page, type your email and tap "Email me a sign-in link". Open the email and tap Sign in — no password needed. Not there in 2 minutes? Check spam or promotions.
My setup link says "not valid"
Setup links only work once. If you already created your login, you're all set: log in with your email, or tap "Email me a sign-in link" on the login page.
What's my username?
Your email address — the one More Clix Media set you up with.
I forgot my password
Tap "Email me a sign-in link" on the login page. Open the email — you can pick a new password right there, then tap Sign in.
Can I use a password instead of email links?
Yes. Once you're in, tap Password at the top and pick one. After that, log in with your email and password. Email links still work too.
The email never came
Check spam and promotions, and search your inbox for "More Clix Media". Sign-in links last 30 minutes. Still nothing? Use Message JJ below.
